Not all chemicals are harmful and not all natural ingredients are necessarily good for skin. We use clinically proven ingredients and formulations are prepared with ingredients in compliance with the FDA norms and protocols. However, we are more careful and concerned about not just your skin but overall health. We have eliminated use of all ingredients which may be permitted to use but they are toxic, hormone disrupting, questionable or potentially harmful with prolonged use. We believe in the best of both worlds. We have curated and integrated millennia old, time tested Ayurveda inspired ingredients and also clinically proven ingredients to ensure maximum efficacy delivered in a safe, healthy way. The Ayurveda inspired ingredients take time to show results but our advanced formulations also have clinically proven ingredients which stimulate faster efficacy and improved results rather than standalone natural ingredients.

No way! We don't use Parabens and Sulphates in our products. And we don't stop just there. We don't use 2400+ potentially harmful and questionable ingredients including Parabens, Sulphates, Pthalates, SLS, Petroleum, Mineral oil, Talc, Formaldehyde, hydroquinone, BHT, Oxybenzone, Triclosan, Urea, Mercury. All our products are FDA approved and safe to use. We have gone beyond and eliminated all questionable ingredients with possible toxicity endpoints, carcinogens and hormone disruptors. However, an individual may be allergic to or may not have affinity even to some good ingredients. We recommend a patch test before using the product.

Yes. SKIN DELI may be used with other skincare products. For directly conflicting ingredients, refer to the product wise FAQs, given on each product page, to avoid conflicting products in the same routine.

We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight at room temperature. There is also no harm refrigerating them, if you want to!

All products are designed to work harmlessly on all skin types. However, reactions to certain ingredients may vary from person to person. An individual may be allergic to or may not have affinity even to some good ingredients. Patch tests are an easy way to help predict if you will have a negative initial reaction to a new product.

Apply the product as directed to a small area on the upper forearm. If any redness, burning, itching or irritation is observed, the product is not meant for you. Do not use the product.

Please note that the patch test is only for determining initial irritation reactions to products and does not guarantee similar results when applied to other areas of the body (including the underarms and private areas) or after continuous use. It does not account for underlying conditions and should not be used for the diagnosis of hypersensitivity or allergic contact dermatitis. If you are concerned about starting a new product, please consult a dermatologist prior to use.

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and executed, the product cannot be returned unless it is damaged, incorrect item vis-à-vis order.

We are unable to update or amend shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before you check out.

Mention your order number, attach a photo of all the products received. Any damaged or incorrect orders should be brought to our attention within 1 day of receipt. We may request additional photos of the damaged items so please do not throw them away until you have connected with our team or we will not be able to further assist.

Shipping for all order values of Rs. 500 or more are free. For order value below Rs. 500, shipping charges are applicable and given at the checkout.

We use various couriers depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery time is 4-5 days. However we do not guarantee the timelines. We work as hard as we can to meet delivery timelines, but sometimes there may be delays because of carrier delays, logistics, strikes or things out of our control. Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. However, for security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in India only.

Delivery will be made to the address which was existing at the time of placing the order.

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will be happy to take your feedback to make our products even better in the future. For reasons of health and safety we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange on items once purchased unless they are damaged or wrong items vis-à-vis the order.

If you want to return the product because you don't see results, then we highly recommend waiting for 12 weeks to start seeing visible changes in the health and appearance of your skin. We promise it's worth the wait for skincare is a journey and not a quick fix!

We are only able to offer returns for products that were purchased from skindeli.com directly. Kindly refer to the return policy of the Retailer/ Marketplace from where the product has been purchased.

You can only use one promo code/ coupon/ discount at checkout. At any point of time only one offer, coupon, discount promo code or scheme shall be applicable. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed for one order.

If there were multiple attempts to pay for your order you may see this as a pending charge or authorization hold on your billing statement, but as the transaction was not completed it will not be charged to your card. The bank often sets aside the funds in anticipation of a successful charge. However, as the transaction was declined no funds have been transferred to SKIN DELI.

Yes, we use safe preservatives to ensure efficacy and shelf stability.

All SKIN DELI products are Vegan meaning none of the ingredients are derived from animals including dairy.

No! We are strongly against any form of animal cruelty which means we do not test on animals at any stage in our supply chain.

We have minimised the use of plastic by using Glass containers. They are not only environmentally conscious but also increase safety and efficacy of the products. All packaging material can be recycled or repurposed. We are constantly looking for new ways to incorporate more recyclable materials and minimum plastic use into our packaging that won’t compromise product efficacy or safety.
